Shipping Policy

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
- Thank you for placing an order with us. All orders received are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct ‘ship to address’ as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.

- BIBO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3. Transit Time
Once dispatched shipments can take:
- Canada: 3 – 8 days
- United States: 8 – 10 days
- International: 10 – 30 days
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Orders placed before 12:00pm will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. Package Protection
For a nominal fee you will be able to add package protection against loss, theft, and damage right on the checkout page.
Unfortunately, if you choose to not go with this option, we cannot be held responsible for loss, or theft of packages however, if the items, you received are damaged in any shape or form please send an email to barsinbottlesout@gmail.com so that we can attempt to resolve immediately. We will process a refund or send you a replacement.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
6.1 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and BIBO – bars in bottles out encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns
At BIBO, we want to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature and type of the products we are selling, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of used products.
All of our products have been designed for specific hair and skin type needs but if you are unsure about which product is right for you and have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to us at barsinbottlesout@gmail.com . This can help to minimise the need for a return or exchange.
2. Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unopened, unused, and in the same condition within which you received it. Items to be returned to us in the original packaging. Return shipping costs will be for your own account.
Once received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your items. Items will be inspected, and after the return has been approved you will receive a refund immediately. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
